Want a complexion with a matte finish?
Clarins has released two new skin balancing foundations under the Ever Matte name; a liquid oil-free foundation, and a shine control powder compact.
For those women who want to stop shine in its tracks, the shine-free powder is a perfect solution.
The oil-free formula looks fresh but is matte rather than shiny. It stays put, rather than slides off your face. The formula tightens large pores to give a perfect complexion.
Thread's favourite is the Liquid Oil-free Skin Balancing Foundation. It wasn't drying as I worried it might be; instead, it is very comfortable and gave a normal rather than excessively matte finish that you can get with some powders which I can feel can appear ageing. It gave an excellent coverage too.

Ever Matte SPF15 Oil-free Skin Balancing Foundation $68 and Ever Matte Shine control Mineral Powder Compact $68 are available from Clarins counters now.
